Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.

Note regarding promotional items: Gift items are promotional bonuses available in limited quantities. In case of stock shortage or unavailability, they may not be included in the package. The absence of gift items does not affect the validity of your order or your right to return the main product.

Associated Fees

  • Restocking fees: None.
  • Return shipping fees:
    Broken, defective, or wrong item delivered: Momount covers all return shipping costs.
    Change of mind or dissatisfaction: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the one you received and place a new order.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt of the returned product.

How to Return a Product?

  1. Contact us: Send an email to contact@momount.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Follow the instructions: Our team will guide you step by step.
  3. Prepare the package: Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Send the package: Follow the return instructions sent by email.

Special Cases

Product Damaged During Delivery

  • Inspection: Check the product immediately upon receipt.
  • Notification: Contact us quickly with a description and photos at contact@momount.com.
  • Solution: Return, exchange, or full refund – your choice.

Change of Mind

  • Conditions: Product unused, in original packaging, with tags.
  • Procedure: Contact us at contact@momount.com to initiate the return process.

Wrong Product Received

  • Notification: Inform us immediately upon receipt.
  • Solution: We arrange the return and resend the correct product at no charge.

Refund Details

Processing

  • Timeline: 7 business days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the refund.

Refund Issues

  • Delays: Contact your bank. If the issue persists, write to us at contact@momount.com.
  • Missing refund: We will investigate and return funds if necessary.
